APN lists of many APNs, but..
I was too hasty to install APN Settings & Operators as it doesn’t add APN settings in iPad if APN settings section is missing under Cellular options. What it provides is a list of the different carrier’s SIMs entries that you can use to manually edit your APN section. It showed a video ad after I selected one of their AT&T lists. That video ad used up some of my cellular data that I don’t waste on data hungry videos. I solved my problem on my own by switching out SIM from AT&T (gsma) to T-Mobile (gsmt) SIM which does send the APN settings to my iPad.
