This app is great!
I’ve tried numerous blocking apps, but this is the first one that is actually curbing my phone use! FlowBuddy is perfectly tailored to what lights up my ADHD brain. There is no complicated set up, my apps aren’t totally blocked if I forget to tap something before leaving the house, and there’s just the right kind of friction to make me reconsider opening an app, or stop me if I’ve scrolled too long. The little buddy is the secret sauce: when he pops up with his stop sign, I just feel like I can’t let him down. So happy to have found this!
