All of my accounts say unavailable when I log in now. Contacted a representative and he told me to uninstall then install the app again. Didn’t help. I’ve contacted people and nothing is done. Before this update, it was great. Now, no help and I’m going to erase the app. Maybe when they update it in a few months, it will work.
Does not work!
Like other reviews have stated, the new app does not work. I went from not being able to access my bank account for a week on the old app to a new app that I was instructed to download that DOESN'T EVEN WORK. I set up all my information, only for the app to say that it can’t locate my account when I log in. Things were fine before the bank “updated their system” and messed everything up. I’m by far not the only unhappy customer and I am considering switching banks. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it!
No mobile deposit 😡
So frustrated with new app. No mobile deposit. Don’t understand the need to change app and then don’t put in deposits. Feel like changing banks!!!!
