Apple Bank Mobile Banking 4+

The app it’s great, except for not being able to transfer money to other even when it’s another apple bank account, maybe it’ll be beneficial for Bank of America customers to be able to use this advantages, and no need to open another account with like the Bank of America which offer these features. Other than that, I’ve been banking with apple bank for more than 20 years.

What I like about the App is it’s ability to be user friendly and intuitive/ meaning the prompts, labels and directives are easy to understand allowing one to accomplish what is intended without getting “lost” in the virtual environment. So depositing checks, transferring money, seeing my charges and written checks getting copies of past transactions are doable without calling for help. Website is “clean”.
I only wish (like on a mobile device) there was the ability to view (if so desired) one’s password entered to ensure a self check before getting locked out for an inconvenient period of time with too many attempts when trying use the online feature.
Other than that I give it a A-.

I’ve seen some improvements as being able to track low balances and seeing each transaction as paid when using the visa app. Another recommendation is offering Zelle. I think offering this services could make customers happier with Apple Bank.
