Brother PrinterProPlus is an easy-to-use free app on your iOS device (iPhone / iPOD touch /iPad) that lets you quickly sign-up your Brother printer(s) for ink and toner Auto-Fulfillment services, monitor and manage your Auto-Fulfillment enrollment and check your printer ink and toner levels. The Brother PrinterProPlus app scans for and displays Auto-Fulfillment eligible Brother printers on your local network (Wi-Fi or ethernet). Choose from a participating reseller partner program, and the printer will be activated for you. Brother PrinterProPlus provides step-by-step directions for completing your profile, making final selections for the reseller partner program of your choice and confirms your enrollment.
Ink and toner Auto-Fulfillment services powered by Brother mean that you will never run out of ink or toner again. Brother smart printers auto-detect when ink or toner is going to run low, automatically triggering a replacement cartridge to be shipped to your door before you run out.

I was ordering a toner but when I was on he payment section , their system said there’s an error so was not able to buy the toner I most needed. Waste of time to create an account

Auto Replenish Toner
I too had an error on the auto replenish for toners. If you click the submit button wait for it don’t click it twice. That is where the error occurs. It works if you just click it once after entering payment info and wait!
Not Useful
If you need to simply order Toner, this app is not for you.
I get you guys are just handing us off to your other system to handle recurring toner purchase but that’s a pretty terrible user experience workflow. You already found my printer, I shouldn’t have to go to another site, create an account and be forced to select every toner I could possibly need.
Make it all native to the app, add an integration for seamless payments and call it a day.
