Three Things is a free mobile gratitude journal for recording elements of your day that you’re grateful for, using a simple interface.

Research has shown that gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people acknowledge the goodness in their lives, deal with adversity, improve their health and feel more positive emotions. Whether it’s feeling gratitude for events in the past, the present, or the future, gratitude helps people to relish good experiences and build strong relationships with those around you.

Feeling gratitude on a daily basis doesn’t have to be difficult! Three Things provides a space for you to reflect on your day and identify three key areas of your day for which you’re grateful. This is set on a background of calming nature scenes, which will change daily. If you get stuck, simply click the Help button to be provided with hints to start you on your journey toward gratitude!

Love the app

Great app. The wonderful background images are calming so I can fully focus on gratitude. The simplicity is great too!


I missed a day and now the date is off

What I put in today looks like I put it in yesterday when I go back to see what I said previously
