    This is a very helpful app, I love that all my devices are already loaded in there and that all other compatible products default to each when browsing, saving me time and headache. I love the option to save lists, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. Several times now I have made separate saved items lists only to find they’re completely gone when I return. How is it possible that the company that pioneered the use of the cloud doesn’t use the cloud to remember their customer’s saved items in their own app? Baffling. Other than that I love to see which third party products are featured in the app before I make my final decisions as in my opinion, having something that is endorsed by Apple gives me a little bit more peace of mind when making expensive tech purchases. The tab where you can explore what’s happening at the Apple stores near me, etc. is also a fantastic one, so I can learn more in depth info about my products.

    I had auto download and update off, the new update forced mine and my wife’s phone to update after 3 days me telling it no. I smell a class action lawsuit. Forcing us to lock in with a cell phone carrier for 2-3 years per phone. We have a family business and have multiple phones, we are all having issues. I googled the same issues are wide spread. Every “new” update makes it worst. ThisLatest changes my settings and icons. It freezes all day long. I can’t uninstall the update. Even a set up new phone don’t help because it forces the latest “flawed” and zero day vulnerabilities in these apps. I’ve been a victim of identity theft 3 times already since I got these phones. Don’t tell me iPhones can’t get hacked. Give us the owners of the phone the option to not install or uninstall your useless “security” fixes. Every time you force us to update all that screws up our phone, which then forces us to buy a new phone just to turn around for you to screw it up. It’s a never ending scam. You’re useless. These phones ain’t worth the paperweight used for. You should be ashamed of yourself Apple should be shut down permanently. Goodbye.

  • Your ads are in the way

    Hi. The App Store have lots of fun games that we all pick through to play. The games we choose to play are fun. However the ads that stay at the top or bottom of the game are in the way of scores and sometimes where you have to click to play. I’m not understanding why they are there while we are playing when it’s so many ads after each time we play a turn. Also sometimes in the middle of a turn an ad will interupt the game. Can you guys please consider removing the rectangle ad at the top or bottom of the games while we are playing. Everyone can’t afford to go ad free. I would have given 5 stars but I took one off for this reason.

    I love Apple and everything, but there needs to be a slight update when buying something. I bought my bsf a iMac computer, and she used my card. But not thinking, to even put all my info in far as billing address. She ended up putting hers and Apple took my money, but then said they didn’t because it was pending. And I’m like how because it say it took it. But anyways when someone is doing something like that on the website, it needs to be an immediate email saying wrong billing address. So we don’t be no problems. Like I understand theft is out there and people scam A LOT, but it needs to be some type of alert that says “Not matching billing address”…even though the error was on our side because we wasn’t thinking in that moment because it’s common sense. But maybe that can be changed in the future.

  • Text support was the worst, in store was great but text support seemed to purposely drag on the time

    It’s been over an hour and a half and I’ve been transferred to specialist after specialist .. I have a migraine and it would be great if someone could just give me an answer to my actual question instead of all specialists not once not twice but probably three times asking me to repeat each bit of information and going off topic …Here’s the thing: The shipper for my trade in printed the label on the wrong paper is what I was told and they cannot scan it and before you ask I bought a new phone…My boyfriend said the Apple Store stated to contact apple by phone/text to get another label by email or have you cancel the mail in trade in and release it in the system so they can take it at the store but they were unable to take it at the store because it was locked in by serial number.. 14 days is Friday and this chat has taken over an hour now.. can you cancel it & set it to being taken to the store for trade in as he’s able to do that and have that done tomorrow ?

  • Disappointed with Apple’s Forced Obsolescence

    I’m extremely disappointed after discovering that my perfectly working iPad mini from 2012 is basically unusable because Apple no longer allows older devices to download apps or run newer software. The device is clean, functional, and still in great physical shape — but it’s locked out simply because the software is outdated. This feels like forced obsolescence.What’s even more frustrating is that my iPhone 8 Plus is facing the same issue. These devices still work, but Apple makes them incompatible with today’s apps on purpose through updates that people never asked for. Instead of letting customers use what they already paid for, everything is pushed toward buying newer and more expensive products — and then buying accessories separately on top of that.My last Apple purchase was in March, and after this experience, it will likely be my last. It’s disappointing to see a company known for innovation turn into one that makes older products unusable just to force upgrades. I should be able to use the devices I bought without being blocked by software that takes up storage, breaks compatibility, and ultimately makes good devices useless.This whole situation feels like a waste of money and a rip-off, and I hope Apple reconsiders how it handles updates and support for older products.

    Best place to shop at in person and online I’m happy i got my iPhone 16 Plus delivered from them last year in November the delivery and shipment is very fast and great i love you apple fan workers a lot you guys are the best i also like the MagSafe wireless charger you guys it’s fast amazing it’s also one of my favorite Apple accessories you guys sell I’m also glad you guys sell New iPhones and Refurbished iPhones but personally me i buy brand new iPhones only because they last more longer and i always like to buy brand new stuff i hope i get to buy more Apple phones or Apple accessories from you guys be safe Apple workers and thank you for the help

  • Cannot purchase with account balance and terrible customer support

    I was trying to purchase something with my Apple account balance in Apple Store app, it kept rejecting me saying my payment authorization failed. It’s just account balance, no other payment involved. Then I chatted with one of the Apple agent, transferred several teams, repeated the issue again and again, cannot got it resolved. Then one agent suggested me to buy with credit card and call the phone support to transfer the payment to my account balance later on, then nightmare happened, called, waited and repeated the issues again and again, but the agent on the phone did not understand the issue at all, and is very impatient. If I can give a zero I will. It’s just my account balance why I need authorization to use my balance, and the customer service was not resolving my issues they just kept adding more issues.

    I used to write and update the Apple website among others. There was a back end to get money if needed however I got so busy since 2004 I dropped the ball. So what do I do? Aunt Nita gave me her first Apple discolored yellow ish cream ish with the motherboard in the same unit as the keyboard with an external green screen tv tube monitor and a 5.25” floppy disk as she was an accountant of sorts. I am the “I” aka eye in lower case eye phone, eye tunes, eye pad, I wonder why “me” email and “i” came about? iTunes etc etc retina aka eye display scanning your retina and it’s an eye “i” so i wonder who and why Apple Watch is the only Apple product named “Apple” I am greatful and creating terms of service AWS two factor authentication is my baby, but the iMessage keys have to be physically separate otherwise it could easily be compromised.   • Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Repair Costs

    I recently purchased a MacBook Air M3 in July 2024, and my experience with the company has been nothing short of frustrating. After a rain incident, some water got into my laptop, and I rushed to the store for help. Upon arrival, I was initially told that I needed an appointment, but thankfully, a kind staff member allowed me to see someone after noticing my distress. However, the technician took a long time to arrive and, when he finally did, his attitude was dismissive. He even joked about the model being an Air, not a Pro, before shocking me with a repair quote of 1,100!I wasn't the only one facing issues—there were others in the store with similar problems, which raises concerns about the quality of these products. The lack of genuine customer service and the outrageous repair costs have left me feeling extremely let down. I expected better from a brand with such a strong reputation.I hope the company improves its customer service and addresses these issues, as I certainly won't be returning anytime soon. I will switch all my devices to better companies my parents have samsung and we never have been through all this mess before i will not wait i will but my iphone and ipad as a trade in better company
