New visitor notice

Your app is wonderful but I there is one thing missing which is the new visitor update or notice
Yes I think there should be a ring out notification when a new visitor or a visitor log into the website even when he/she has not started out a chat with the company owner if this is configured or added it would be a wonderful satisfactory experience to all user thanks

So far so good.

Had my free version for few months and really liked its simplicity and ability to use app to communicate with my visitors. Using pro version and have customizable chat on both of my websites connected to this app. Can’t speak about multiple agents. But it’s good for single agent if you run a small, one man business like me.

It’s useful

However, I definitely recommend getting the professional jivochat bc then you have an idea of who you’re talking to and if you happen to miss them you always can respond via email or text or even call them back depending on what info they give you. It’s not really necessary bc most of my clients just call me less than 10% bother reaching out to me through jivochat anymore. I have a lot clients schedule on jivochat who are out of the country though and I have the Kik app as well for free international calls
