New visitor notice
Your app is wonderful but I there is one thing missing which is the new visitor update or notice
Yes I think there should be a ring out notification when a new visitor or a visitor log into the website even when he/she has not started out a chat with the company owner if this is configured or added it would be a wonderful satisfactory experience to all user thanks
Great but missing some features
My company relies on this app and it's great for the most part, but I prefer the Desktop version to the app. On the iOS app it's missing some key features that are extremely useful and offered on the desktop like being able to create and view scheduled tasks.
It also doesn't have the same predictive prompts that you're offered on the desktop, but all in all the app is great and gets the job done at the end of the day.

Better than the competition
Packed with more features at the base level than say LiveChat makes this add on a better value. Plus it drives more engagements. Even in away mode I find customers are contacting customer support through this app vs the usual customer support email form on our website.
