How wonderful it is to be able to share my feelings about my Apple products any time of the day or night!!! Now if I have a problem it’s answered much more easily and the chat system is great. Also I am most pleased with my ability to share how others feel about their products. I find it very interesting and informative and fun and I enjoy what you can learn from it. So many problems that are “working as designed”
Basically this is an amazing example of terrible UX, you can use this as an example when teaching college students what an example of backend UX looks like. ONE: If your internet connection cuts out (for instance if you are riding the subway), for some reason you are not allowed to continue typing — every other app just won’t send when there’s no connection but this app just refuses to let you finish the sentence you are currently typing. There is no reasonable excuse for this. TWO: if you are in a foreign country and you contact support, for some reason the AI thinks your location picks the language and not your Apple ID. Seriously just because I’m in France right now does not mean I am fluent in French. Who “designs” this nonsense??!? THREE: “We’ll send you notifications when messages are sent” ... this is mostly false. You probably will not get notifications and the representative on the chat will end the chat.
Not that long ago. Apple was caught or exposed for messing up the battery.i telling you, you are doing the exact same thing as before. But you got caught. Plan A FAILED. SO U JUMPED TO Plan B. I had a full battery. I can tell you what happens you are sendingto our phones to drain the battery. I was looking at. I was playing a game. Phone went from full battery to about 78 present. Messages started to come back. I look and you enable the very issue that jack up. Our phone before. Iam tire of being under mined I would appreciate if u stop sending that battery thing to my phone. Just leave. I know you’re doing this. You want customers to believe that our battery is messing up. Gonna see what the better business B. Have to say about this and you ain’t getting no stars either. Can’t send unless you rate. Gotta give you one. Even that is crooked
