I had a phone appointment with Customer Support this morning, I believe she was the same employee I talked to last week as well when I scheduled my first appointment and I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am that there are still a few Wonderful people in the world that Love what they do and have EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service.
This employee (can’t remember her name, 🤦‍♀️) however she was so Knowledgeable, PATIENT, Understanding, KIND, Ver Thorough and made sure to go over in detail any and all my questions or issues a and concerns before getting off the phone she assured me I could call back anytime if I felt unsure or needed help with Anything else!

Had great support from this Apple store APP!

No, I didn’t get paid to do this review and I’m a real person, even though it took some time, they (Apple support) did finally solve the issue and replaced the iPhone due to a ‘hardware’ aka: panic full failure issue. I screen recorded all the information so the support staff could see the issue, apparently I’ve terrible luck with Apple products but Apple did and has kinda currently resolved the issue. Not sure who is doing what to these iPhones or my Apple products I’ve gotten but Apple support did make me the appointment for the store, the store looked over everything and saw the issue firsthand so there was something (see I can’t make it up). We will see how it goes with this replacement and go from there. I’ve only had to log over 200 hours dealing with these Apple issues this last year, than your lucky stars you’re not me.

I have been trying to resolve an issue for over 4 hours now. I have a BRAND NEW IPhone 12 and when I tried to update the software so I could pair it with my new Airtags it says that the iOS 14.4.2 version is up to date which IT IS NOT. I need iOS 14.6 and it won’t give me the option to update. So I tried this app and called the support line 4 separate times and each time suffered a minimum 30 minute wait and one time it was over an hour and I also used the Apple support text service twice which was of no help. I used all the articles in this app I could find and none of them were of any help to me. I did everything down to every last detail correctly. I reset my phone, restarted it, backed it up 3 times, connected to two WiFi networks, and more. Has it worked, you guessed it....NOPE! I now have to take MORE time out of my day to go to the Apple store tomorrow morning and hope they can fix it. No one at Apple will probably see this nor do they probably even give a crap. If anyone does see this, then y’all need to get this crap together because I’m not spending $1000 on a phone just for it not to work a few months later.
