Help is immediate

I started using Apple products very early in computer life around 1990. Support was irritating at best. Today this app is a super success. I have used it twice. Both times turned my iPad Pro back to original functioning. The first time they called on the phone after chatting about problems. The second time the chat person had lists of solutions. We tried some together the pad improved. But the return to original occurred after I reviewed the solutions and tried one I hadn’t tried. Sure enough it was two of the discount chargers that I had purchased from an unnamed vendor. Problem solved I am happy Thank you Apple Support

Account help

This guys have no access, they can only help you with stuff you can do on your own. I am very disappointed with the help I am getting. I have my Apple ID set up to administrator for my family, and I have 2 kids in my home. I created their Apple ID and put them under my account. And now that I got them a new iPhone. I can’t remember their password. And I have to wait 14 days before they can unblock the account. (And give us instructions )That is 14 day that someone can steal their phones or kidnap them. And I won’t have any way of tracking them. And I can’t delete them from my account and create them a new Apple ID because they are minors and I need to transfer them to another family group. This is ridiculous. Looks like apple did not put I of effort into the family sharing feature. As if everything was rushed. Might have to switch to the new galaxy. It seems to be way better than apple.

This has been the most frustrating app and Apple support experience in my life!!!! I have been an iPhone junkie since the inception of iPhone. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Every thing was great didn’t lose anything!
Then the update to iOS 13.5. After it restarted I look at my photos and POW I lost 30,000. Photos. The albums were all screwed with pictures in the wrong place! What’s the big deal? I am a photographer who was putting together a book of photos!
I immediately stopped my backup from doing another backup thinking that might be able to restore my pictures. I decided to call tech support, I bought the Apple care for two years! This is where the frustration begins.
Interminable hold! (1.5 hours!
Transferred more times than I can count. Spoke to 4-6 peopled call dropped or transfers didn’t work. Lost my wait time twice after 45 minutes waiting for a representative!
Last but NOT least, NONE of my reps knew anything about iPhone issues! The last guy I spoke with tried and finally said,” I’m sorry I’m just reading this off my computer but, I don’t know the iPhone”

I did what he told me to do and it DID NOT WORK!

My question is this all there is? This is as good as it gets?
You would not believe the number of people who have said go Samsung!!
Thinking about it.....!
