Wherever you are in the world, APRIL International Care Easy Claim app allows you to easily send your claim for reimbursement of healthcare expenses.
To use this app, all you need is your Customer Zone login information and your invoices.
And to make things even simpler, you will then be able to use the fingerprint authentication feature.
With Easy Claim, your reimbursements are only one click away!
# Sign in and access the Easy Claim service to:
• send a claim for reimbursement of healthcare expenses, up to €1,000 per invoice,
• check your latest reimbursements,
• access your claims history,
• See and download your insurance card,
• Find the nearest health professional,
• Access to your APRIL contacts.
# Send a claim for reimbursement by:
• selecting the beneficiary and entering the date of treatment,
• attaching pictures of your invoices and medical prescriptions,
• submitting your claim with a simple click!
# Stay informed!
Once your claim has been processed, you will receive a notification. You will be able to view the details of your latest reimbursements in the « Reimbursed » section. You can also view your pending claims in the « Claims » section.

Use the « Manage my account » section to change the app’s language. Easy Claim is available in English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.
If you have insurance from APRIL International Care France, you can now navigate easily between your app and your Customer Zone without having to log in again! Thanks to this new feature, you'll be able to fully manage your plan from your app.

Good App - although several bugs still existing
The application is good but has worked much better on the early start. Once new claim created is automatically shifted to "My Claims History", once is treated and payed should go to "My Latest Reimbursement " folder. On the begging this was working fine, but now all folders are doubled and also "My Claims History" folder is always full with many old claims.
To be improoved.
Fraudulent & Incompetent
Buyer beware! Any claim submitted through the app will be systematically denied for false reasons. For instance, an invoice for a psychiatrist visit covered by your policy will be considered a “technical procedure” and therefore denied. Claims for common prescription medication will be denied because “the medication is not covered”, even if your policy does in fact cover it. Think you can just call Customer Service to get that resolved? Think again! They do not accept calls about claims, and do not reply to emails.
Avoid at all cost!!!!

Submitting your claims via our app allows faster claim processing, however it has no impact on the way your claim is treated. Moreover, all medication that have been prescribed by an attending physician are fully covered (if included in your plan) and psychiatrist fees are covered under certain policies only. If you have claimed for something that is not covered by your plan, your claim will not be accepted.
