The platform features our cloud-connected remote control Smart Water Valve, with a 2-way radio transceiver. The Smart Valve can connect to popular water meters to offer a full submetering/AMI solution to Property Managers and Owners looking to collect water consumption history for billing purposes.
In addition, by monitoring the meter and optional 3rd party wireless leak detectors, the platform can catch potential water Leaks and catastrophic pipe Bursts, notify you immediately, and automatically shut the water off in seconds. This prevents further damage to the property, saving owners money in repairs and insurance claims, and keeping residents happy.
