Do not get the wifi

The app does not work. I have been going back and forth with the customer service team because the app will not let me change my password after it locked me out. Seems like an easy fix but apparently it's taking an act of congress. Now they are saying if it doesn't work tomorrow they will waive the $50 wifi fee? Umm, no, how about a refund at this point and I will go to a different company. The water machine itself I haven't had an issue with it going to be tough if I have no clue when to change the filters.

Never updates via WiFi when you change a filter.

The app gives you the opportunity to reset the filter status when a filter is changed instead of pushing the machine’s reset button. The only issue is that it never works and when you call the support people they say they’re working on it. This has been going on for at least 6 months and is inexcusable. Really, what are the benefits of the WiFi version if you can’t even reset the filter status without pressing the machine’s reset button?

Don’t get the Wi-Fi

App is terrible. Went to check the app one day and it’s asking me to login when I never logged out. Won’t let me login. Won’t let me change the password even when you follow the instructions. Issue after issue with the app. I contacted customer service and they can’t fix the issue. They tell you to send a screenshot of the issue to their email. Horrible, wish I never would have gotten the Wi-Fi model.
