Since last upgrade a month ago, I am unable to connect. Will not take IP address, doesn’t recognize it and won’t synch. My husband has not updated his app since the new app button design. His phone works beautifully with the controller. I am so frustrated, I wish I could have the old app back. I know it will be months to years to possibly get a fix. I now know to NEVER update this app if it is working!

I can’t tell if with a version update I lost ability to connect but for two years I talked seemlesslyWith my DE3 and now cannot connect. Stick functions correctly but app does not connect though it seems my controller and recognizes IP

Used to work. App updated itself to be useless and unable to connect. I have an ancient Samsung Galaxy Tab that works brilliantly with my STICK. This app has apparently been broken for years and nobody seems to care.

Since the app updated I can no longer connect. Those that haven’t updated can.

You need to get the old version back out and available so we can use our controller. Your update DOES NOT WORK. I can’t add my unit. Please rerelease the old one ASAP
