Terrible optimization / Awful experience
Used this app for my job , for an app that has almost no real utility it doesn't even do its easy job well, i’d be better off referring to a sheet of paper every day for a schedule
Worst UX I’ve encountered in a scheduler...
Recently switched to this scheduler at my job. The app is incredibly polished and looks great! This only makes the absolutely terrible user experience all the more frustrating. I swear the developers of this app (both mobile and desktop) must have never had to input their availability for a job in their life. Everything is backwards, someone thought it was a good idea to only input the times you are not available?? Also, you must input each day individually with no batch update or “average weekly availability” feature. What should be a simple 5-10 minute input of availability extends to a tedious, confusing ordeal. I am severely disappointed that my place of work decided to switch to this beautiful piece of garbage.

I try to log in but it doesn’t work at all.
