- Block off time*: Select time slots for focused work or personal errands and let others know not to disturb you.
- Organize better with colors*: Make your schedule more comprehensible by color-coding different tasks on Timeline and in your Inbox.
- Add and edit tasks super-fast: Create tasks in a few taps, with all the settings available on a single screen.
- Add tasks from widgets: Start adding even without opening the app first.
- Never forget about your plans: Get notified about upcoming and overdue tasks to stay on top of your schedule.
- Plan recurring tasks*: Easily add and manage all your daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

A minimal, thoughtfully designed day planner
I tried Arcush after being let down by Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Todoist, Microsoft Todo, Google Tasks and many many "AI day planners". A minimal app with a task inbox and a timeline view of scheduled tasks is exactly what I was looking for. The fact that it doesn't ask me to upgrade every 20 minutes and doesn't have terrible ads plastered all over is the reason it has survived on my phone longer than the Big Tech and fancy AI solutions out there. I really hope Arcush doesn't sell out in the future in the footsteps of other similar apps. Loving it so far :)
Feature request: support for MacBook/desktop and apple watch.

Simple & easy to use
Really enjoy being able to dump all my to do tasks and then add them to my schedule later when I have time. App is clean, easy to use and definitely not bloated with useless features

Super easy to use
Been using arcush app today and it's pretty awesome! Super easy to use and definitely helps me stay on top of my tasks. For a free app, it offers a lot.
There are a couple of things I'd love to see improved, though. It would be great if it had subtasks, and it doesn’t have iPad functionality . Also, the time is a bit out of sync with my iPhone.
Still, it’s a solid app, especially for free. I’d even think about paying for sub it if they added these features. Overall, definitely worth a download if you want to boost your productivity!

Thank you! We are considering to add subtasks soon, iPad support will take a bit longer since we want to make it good-looking on a larger screen, but it is also in the roadmap. Happy planning!
