Ratings and Reviews
Took my money, now I can’t access it
I uploaded money to this app a few weeks ago after signing up with my Apple account. Now, that app has logged me out and forces me to add and verify a phone number to access my funds/make any purchases. However, when I correctly input my number, no verification message sends. The only solution they give on the app is to check my internet connection. I have tried multiple WiFi networks as well as cellular, and I still haven’t received a PIN to verify my number. I even tried updating the app, but no luck.
