Unreliable & Inconsistent

The update just made it worse... For an “On the Go” work schedule app, this is just the worst. It works some days and others it doesn’t. When that happens, my synced calendar erases and my schedule is gone; not only in the app but in my calendar as well. That then turns off my alarm that is connected to my calendar events. Then I’m rushing or late. You can see how that snow balls. There really is not a point to having this app if it can’t do what it’s meant to do. The whole app needs to be thrown away! Let’s get a redo! Please get this app right Arise!!!

Is Anybody There? Not a well maintained app

I recently noticed the links at the top of the app and took a look at Notifications. There was a link about updated equipment that I opened. After scanning the article, I looked for a link to return to my schedule. There was none! I suppose I could have waited a while to see if it would eventually default to the app’s home page, but I wanted to get back to my schedule.
I had to uninstall then reinstall the app to get back to the home page. Not a good look!
There have been so many suggestions for improvement logged here that one would easily conclude that the app was in dire need of a complete overhaul.
Is anyone home?

Could use some improvement

The main gripe I have is a combination of the app and starmatic itself. When new schedules are open (or caps are lifted), and we choose multiple intervals, if just one of those intervals is no longer available it doesn’t give us any of the other selected intervals so we have to start over. And when you got multiple agents in there trying to grab intervals at the same time, if you have to start over then the intervals that were originally available are gone now. That’s a big annoyance with me and many other agents I’m sure.
