Would give it a zero if possible...

Let me register through the app. Tried to log in after registration on the app without closing it out. Stated “MY BLUEPRINT MOBILE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACCOUNT. PLEASE ACCESS ACCOUNT ON PERSONAL COMPUTER”. That is ridiculous considering the whole point of the app is to be free of computers and have all my personal information in one convenient place while on the go. Looked at other Blue Cross Blue Shield apps while trying to find this one and they appear to be much nicer and keeping up with the times using Faceid and Touchid through Apple. They also appear to have a simple and more interactive user face. Not worth downloading until a massive overhaul is completed and will be deleting from my system.

Not sure why this is a relevant app!

This info is already on the card I keep in my wallet. So this is redundant information! I’d like to know when you will be sending out eobs they email? I had Humana in 2006 & they sent out eobs vie email back then. Why does Blue Cross waist so much of my money sending paperwork thru the mail? This organization is very poorly run. Maybe if you do some cost cutting we could enjoy lower premiums! Or at least better healthcare services!😢

Thanks for your feedback! You can sign up for emailed EOBs inside My Blueprint. Sign in to your account, either in the app or on desktop, and go to the Settings section. Under the Notifications tab, sign up for Paperless Explanation of Benefits by email, and select Save.

What’s the point?

I am blind and find your actual website not very accessible for the visually impaired. When I first heard about this app I got kind of excited thinking it would be blind user friendly… NOT! First of all, the app doesn’t even work! Why even have this app when it barely works for any of your policy holders!? Look at your reviews… Over 70% of the users say it’s crap. Either make your mobile website blind accessible, re-design this app, or get rid of it all together!
