If you are not willing to pay that too then you are not even serious to find an Armenian mate and in that case the service is not for you. Is there anything completely free in the states so our service would be? For those members that want to get the most out of the app, there is just one fee to get access to all the features of the website and we even have a package that by paying just once you will be able to use all the paid features of the website permanently. Also not everyone pays on our site. Those that get a message from a paid member can reply for free. In regards to the customers service we have both email and phone support. There is a phone number on the website. Just during COVID there was delay in responding to the inquiries as it is with every other company. The owners are psycho. They don’t let you delete the account. They abuse you. They dared me to complain and even said when you complain to the government nothing gets done. They tell you that you can’t delete you account, you have to wait six month. They want to abuse users, there is something wrong with the management team. Pure evil. I have delete my account over a year ago and still get matches.
