ARMITRON CONNECT 4+

The watch seems very capable of doing more. I hope that future updates add more capabilities and features. Right now it’s pretty basic. Some of the bugs I’ve encountered are with the tracking data not connecting to apple health apps. And when always on display is selected the raise wrist feature doesn’t work. The always on display isn’t… great. It leaves a gray backdrop which in an oled screen eats battery life.

I would like to see in future updates more customizable watch faces along with more watch faces in general. The selection is somewhat limited compared to other smartwatches in the same price point. Also the ability to hide apps (or uninstall) the ones I won’t be using.

I’ve always like ARMITRON. Overall it’s a nice watch and feels very substantial. I really hope that future updates fixes some things and brings new features to this wearable.

I’m liking the watch and most of its features. Has room to grow. Biggest gripe is when it doesn’t do any tracking right. It will confused driving a car with walking and I’ll see that I’ll have 36k steps in a day or within the drive. No way to start or end sleep to get accurate sleep recordings. When the sleep track works it seems accurate. Great value considering how expensive these smart watches can get.

I bet Armitron plans to add more features but it is kind of bare bones right now. This app also seems to be pretty private at first glance, a lot of privacy invasive features are default off/disabled and can be turned on with settings. The app won’t download anything like dials or updates (at least for the Apex) on IOS 15 so that’s somewhat of an issue and I would like to see it fixed. I also feel there should be better official support, but this is new so I’m giving some slack there.

Edit: a issue got fixed, now you can view the custom dials and press download but it shortly gets stuck afterwards, this is the same with updates.
