10 years running and 50 updates later. The new NCO Guide is getting rebranded more as NCO Tools. We've cleaned off the out of date info and started packing in automated tools to help run the team. The big hits:

Blue Force Taskr. Create, and send tasks with suspense dates to subordinates.
SPOT Report. Seen something jacked up? Log it, share it.
Alpha Roster tool. Add, modify, duplicate, delete alpha rosters

Update ACFT

The app is great and has a lot of knowledge in it, I’d just ask as we transfer over to the ACFT that the verbiage for each event be added like the verbiage is for APFT. Thanks.

Has Potential/Good Start

This app has the potential of being excellent but is very out of date in 2022. Needs to integrate the new grooming standards & new uniforms. The NCOER bullets are a good start but definitely needs more user feedback to bolster different types of positions & additional MOS-specific bullets. Access to references, risk calculator, flash cards & promotion points tools are excellent additions.
Once updated I’m fully willing to give 5 stars!

Heya, thanks for the review. It's FEB 2022 and we are back on the clock updating this old app. NCOER Bullets and ACFT info are on the development roadmap. We just redecorated, come take a look.
