U.S. Army Soldier physical readiness is acquired through the challenge of a precise, progressive, and integrated physical training program. This proponent sponsored mobile application explores Army doctrine FM 7-22, which prescribes the method for the execution of the Army Physical Readiness Training System. Features include; sample training schedules with drill and exercise demos, body composition calculators, an APRT calculator, a metronome, a run timer and insights into the doctrine.

Fix the Metronome please
This is a very useful tool but there seems to be a glitch with the metronome that everyone is addressing for a while. Dev please fix so that all who have downloaded this can further benefit from it, thank you
ALMOST Outdated.. Update Soon Please
With 2020 quickly around the corner, it would benefit the app writers to now include a tab for the ACFT. Why? Because Soldiers (minus those in basic training) have to take two of these tests. Other app writers are already putting ACFT apps out there but I’d rather wait for an official TRADOC version. The link on the ACFT website links to an almost outdated APFT app. Please update.
Needs some work
Metronome needs work... a lot of work. Training schedules are pretty awesome.
