1. Default Factory Settings
a. The Arome Homes diffuser preset functions include:
i. Working Time: Here the user can set two different start and stop times for the machine for each specific day individually, or multiple days at a time. After any modifications are made, please remember to press save before moving forward.
ii. Diffusion: This feature simply turns the diffuser fan on and off. If you are not using this as a stand along diffuser, you do not need to have the fat on.
iii. Frequency: In this setting the user can set two different diffusion schedules. This is accomplished by choosing the working period (indicated by the letter W and measured in seconds) and the pausing period (indicated by the letter P and measured in seconds). Default settings upon initial startup, when the machine has been turned off, and when the machine has been reset to factory settings will be 300 seconds diffusing and 10 seconds of rest. This will determine how often the scent is diffused and how often there is a rest period.
iv. Spray Level: This setting allows the user to determine the scent level of diffusion. The lowest level of fragrance diffused is A, with B being a higher concentration, and C being the highest concentration available.
2. After settings have been personalized and the machine is ready to run, please be sure your HVAC system’s fan is on the ON setting. This will keep the air and fragrance circulation throughout your home. If you choose to turn off the fan, the diffuser must be turned off also.
3. The Arome Homes diffuser can connect to Wifi in the following two ways:
a. Diffuser hotspot connection
b. Personal Wifi network connection

Locks while connecting...if you can even connect
Bought this at Pinners Conference last month. When you can connect, it seems like it’s working. I’ve had it on for one day after spending several weeks trying to connect to WiFi.
I have separate 2.4 and 5g lines, all my other smart items connect JUST fine (over 60 and counting). This one is crap.
I am attempting to tweak times and am now on the connect screen with a spinning “Please Wait”...ten minutes later, attempted to restart process and I’m back to “not found” for the machine. Honestly, they shouldn’t promote this as a working app....because it’s not. I have a paperweight in my furnace room. Very disappointed.
Good idea poorly executed
We bought this at the Utah parade of homes about a year and a half ago or more. Product seems great but it never works unless you manually program it. It is offline most of the time. They’ve had a very long time to improve this and I’ve been waiting to write a review because I love it when it works but it’s just a big WHEN. They probably need to hire someone to design a better app that can connect and stay connected or do some kind of update on the units to improve. I can’t recommend this product to friends cause it’s expensive and hardly ever works.
App needs major improvements!
We just got this device, fetched around with the app for a little over an hour trying to get it to connect, and no luck! Finally decided to set the machine up manually, and it literally took 5 mins... WHY do they give you an option to set up with the app when it’s the worst way to do it possible. Definitely needs the glitches worked out.
Our device is set up to start tomorrow at 0730 hours (military time). We’ll see how it runs.
