Fantastic tech support team who go above and beyond to fix any problems you may come accross . Buy this product with confidence knowing if something goes wrong you are in good hands !

Horrible app and lock

This app is terrible! I get errors for almost any action. Activating e-key from another device not working, I can not delete lock if it’s not paired, if you change a phone - you have to re-install the lock, my profile shows as null null, pop up description shows variable name instead of text, I can’t login with my credentials from another device, the invitations are not refreshed, if something goes wrong with the invitation - you can not accept new ones for the same lock. The cherry on top of the cake is that the lock battery dies less than in a month, the led lights still work but you can not open it with the code.
