It’s working !
The app is stable now, I tested connected and not connected to WiFi network... no crashes!
Below are the beginning reviews when the app and the product were released for the first day.

Not working, it crashes all the time and after rebooting you can’t login back.
After I spoke with customer service I deleted everything and installed again from the beginning ...Now it’s working, for how long? I can’t say
Update after one day:
I’m out again.... I can’t login back so, I’m back to the square one.... ,,setup again the all system from the beginning “....
The irony is I paid for this fun $700
Update after two days:
It’s working again... but, I don’t know for how long...
They need to work on it and give us an update.
Update after five days: it’s still working so, I’ll increase my rating to 4 stars .
<<The Arris routers are working very well and continue to do it even if the app crashes...no problem there...but, I can’t access them without the app, isn’t no other way to connect to them if the app crashes>>

I can’t make any update on it....not without a wired connection to control the router... as a backup.

Also not working
After set up worked but than crashed. Keeps asking to sign in again and set up router again even though it’s set up.
Called support. Had to do set up and registration again. After that app worked as it should.
