Great app but there’s a new bug in the program

I have used this app for years and find it essential. I prefer it to the alternative, SeeSaw, because of the ability to select the galleries on your desktop and have it sync to your phone.

However, now there’s a bug: on both my iPhone and iPad, running the latest version and the most recent operating system, it will not sync my account although it does log in. It returns an error message: “Please check your internet connectivity” although every other aspect of the app works. I hope they fix this soon.

I love the app, but all of a sudden it’s crashing…

After I open the app, I click the city I want, and then it takes me to the next page where I can click “opening soon”, “galleries”, etc. and as soon as I click on that page the app crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting the phone, etc. Nothing seems to help.

I’m using iPhone XR, version iOS 16.3.1

Crashing

Love this app I use it all the time for scheduling gallery hops. Suddenly started crashing though whenever I try to open a specific area “Chelsea” for example. Downloaded the new art guide app for NY but it doesn’t offer the map feature. Not sure what’s going on?? Frustrating.
