Flaky app
Does not work without fast 4G connection, which you may not have unless you have purchased a local SIM with the appropriate plan. The WiFi is only available at the counter / store and so that does not help. Had to get their device to listen to the audio. All the tech glitches aside, the quality of audio narrative is mediocre. Additionally, the lack of physical signage in terms of how to proceed (which is an issue with most Spanish tourist sites) makes self-guided tours a bit of a hassle. You’re either back tracking or completely turned around sooner or later!
Waste of money and time
We were not only sold two of these apps of which my husband and I could have shared one on our phone. It was slow to upload, the headphone connection did not work and it kept stopping in the middle of the section. At the end of a
Section it kept repeating while getting it return to the main menu was difficult. I had to press at
Least three times to get back. I ended up giving up on using it. 6 euros x 2 wasted.
Utter garbage, fails basic audio guide requirements
Bluetooth audio does not work with the app, and audio pauses when the screen is locked.
Are you kidding me? You charge 6€ for this stupid app from thousands of people per day at the Alcazar of Seville, and you can’t get this very basic requirement fixed? Pathetic.
Plus, the back arrow from the map view is not tapable on iPhone X and newer—I’m writing this in 2023 on 14 Pro Max and the notch/island has been around for 4 years now—get it fixed!
