The Ascend App will let you enroll your client and allow the agent to do the Value Based Enrollment with Health Risk Assessment to get paid extra. However, it’s extremely difficult to use when it doesn’t save login info, which is usually the case. You have to manually type your email address (for user name), even if it populates. Also, don’t use a special character that has to use upper case to get to, like an exclamation point. Then there’s the constant lockouts where the Ascend help desk has to send a link to reset the password and during AEP you really don’t have time for such things. I would give it a much higher rating if it weren’t such a pain sometimes.

I love that I have it - I hate using it. Constant reminder to download update that just cycles back to App Store but no update. Sometimes I have the kill the app and restart it several times to get where I can put my password in AGAIN to start a new session. I love the app I just wish it wasn’t so unreliable

Poorly coded, barely works, prompts me for an update that you can not run, does not work on browser or iOS, kind of works on iPad but not really. This would be great software if it was 1996. Sorry but it needs rebuilt from the group up - start over, nothing is salvageable in 2021. I wish you success.
