Actions Taken, Task Keyword Filter
No more scrolling! We have introduced a convenient Keyword Filter feature that allows you to quickly locate specific tasks. To utilize this feature, simply click on the white space below the Actions Taken header and begin typing. As you type, the actions taken displayed below will automatically filter based on the characters you enter.

Pending/Recently Completed: Allow User to Tap to View Details
Users can now seamlessly access detailed information about the previous work order(s) directly from the Create a Work Order Screens using the Pending/Recently Completed options. This convenient functionality has also been integrated into the Location Search feature.

Please Update!!
It’s a much better improvement from the original app; however, it’s not very functional on iOS devices...The font is white with a white background and no option for a Dark Mode. Luckily I know from memory what item to select as once you search it’s again white font with a white background with a series of black lines going down the screen separating the selections. Again, no option to change font color etc. It’s a real pain to constantly have to login every time I switch apps and it’s running in the background. Then there’s the fact that it doesn’t have a FaceID feature. And lastly it seems to give errors when attempting to create a work order yet I switch over to the original app and I create it without issue. Keep supporting the original app until you update 2.0!!

Thank you for your feedback! Support for Dark Mode and improved credential handling are coming in version 2.19.0. We've been unable to replicate your reported issue with creating work orders. Bad
does not get notifications when calls are dispatched! Notifications on still no alerts
Great app but...
It is a great improvement over the first version. Feels smoother and the UI looks up to date with 2020... However!!! I gave it a 4 Star rating because i REALLY HATE the fact that i have to keep logging back in after i close the app. I'm used to closing apps after using them. It's second nature for me now.
Other than that, it's a Go for me.
