EASY WORKOUT TRACKING

Simply go to your favorite participating gym, open the app when you arrive, and check in to start your workout. When you’re done, end our workout and that’s it!

RESOURCE LIBRARY

Access unlimited workout videos for every muscle and every emotion whenever, wherever.

Glitchy app since last update

App was working perfectly until last update. Last year I logged in my required 50 visits and got $200 back from Kaiser. Awesome!!! Unfortunately, after the last update, the app won’t open for me unless I uninstall app, reinstall, and relog in. Then it works once. The next time I try to use the app, I have to uninstall and reinstall all over again. It’s a pain in the neck and takes about 15 minutes to complete! Can the developer please address this issue? When it’s working good I would give the app 5 stars.

Great for a week

UPDATED REVIEW: The problem with logging in seems to be fixed (within a day). The app is super easy to use when it’s working. Hopefully this login fluke won’t be the norm.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This app worked for about a week and all of a sudden today it had logged me out and it won’t connect to my Healthy Roads account. I thought it may be a problem with Healthy Roads, but it seems when you click on any of the partnered sites, it takes you to a blank or errored login page.

I only use this app as booster toward a quarterly active fitness incentive that involves a certain number of steps or check ins at a gym per quarter (should I not get the needed steps.) Seeing that I’ve only had this a week and am already having problems, (I’m not the only one according to the reviews) I have no problem deleting the app and not giving you my personal information for free anymore if it keeps acting up.

Assumes I am lying

UPDATE: I started to use this app again after fitness centers where I live reopened on June 1 following the COVID shutdown. I just received a letter in the mail stating that my workouts logged March 25 to present have been removed from the app with the assumption that my fitness center was/is closed. In short, despite this being location-based, the app administrators assume I am lying and took action based on that assumption. To reinstate, I have to get a signed note validating my workouts by July 1. This is ridiculous.

This app, since the start of the year, has been unreliable. At first, this was temporarily solved by deleting and reinstalling the app (kudos to other reviewers who posted this, and no thanks to the app developers themselves, who could at least post workarounds if they can’t get the coding right). Now it has logged me out and says there is no internet connection even though all of my other apps work just fine. Missed my workout credit today because of this.
