Terrible Paper, Worse App
We’ve subscribed to the AC-T electronic edition for several years. This morning I can get nothing to appear on my Apple iPad 12.9” Pro! I’ve had problems in the past, but after much maneuvering I’ve been able to make it work. This morning, after at least 20-minutes of trying everything I could think to do, I still can’t open the app. My wife was finally able get the app to open on her pad, but it isn’t working correctly. One would expect that the content and the app would be good, but with AC-T, neither is acceptable.
Freezing up constantly
This app has major problems. Have not bee able to read for 3 days on my iPad. As soon as I open the day’s edition, it freezes up and I cannot progress through the paper. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, with no change in the problem. Does not appear to be any support for handling this issue. Very frustrating!
Horrible Waste of Money
Not only do they sell your phone # to every telemarketing company in the world they also will not let you activate your subscription. Emails to customer service are never answered and the telephone # is useless because none will ever answer your call. Oh and forget about a refund Apple doesn’t care either. Loser newspaper in a wasteful smutty town.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
