The application has slow performance when browsing

Today i purchased a 7 days plan gor internet, however when i purchased the first time it said failed, so i tried again and this time said successful. When i check my messages i saw that i have been charged twice. I called the 111 center to ask why i have been charged twice he told me that i subscribed twice 🤣. And he said that i shows from his side that i pressed the confirmation again with in less than 10 seconds. I asked him to reverse the second subscription he said i cannot be undo 🤣. These kind of services must be more user friendly.

The online services that are offered by Asiacell through the application, have made the process of recharging and other related services much easier, especially for people with frequent traveling habits or living abroad, which it would enable users to keep SIM cards as long as they wish without the need to travel back to Iraq.

Whenever i want to recharge my number or someone else’s it takes approximately 15 minutes for the recharge to go through and while that is going on your payment have already been processed and you don’t know if you just wasted your money or it has gone through correctly and they haven’t basically stolen from you. They need to fix that and make it instantaneous.
