Aspect Workforce Management Mobile provides immediate access for agents to Aspect Workforce Management directly from a tablet or smart phone device. Empower agents to self-manage schedules remotely, and provide tools to track schedules, agent requests, as well as intra-day performance statics "on the go".

Agent Functionality:

- View individual agent schedule data

- View existing and add new Workforce Management Exception Requests

- View personal account balance data

- View agent productivity statics

- Ability to receive push notifications

The Enterprise Edition includes the ability to receive notifications.

Does not work all the time.

I like this app it makes it so much easier for me on my day. I love being able to shift slide, I would appreciate if I put a set schedule time it’ll be that way the next day too. 2 times now issue where I put my time checked the night before was still that time come in the time I changed it to all of a sudden now it’s back at my original time. And of course when you need something to work it actually decides not too. It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to log into the app and of course. When I say can you change it because I worked the full 8 already nope I have to finish my shift or it’s an occurrence. I would appreciate if this app actually would fully work a lot of people depend on it and I feel extremely sorry for people who change it and go through it with a 10x worse situation. I would just like it to actually work and not change my shift once that gets resolved I’ll give it 5 stars because I love being able to choose what time to come in when it’s available.

Never Works now

This app is useless. Me and my co workers have been trying to move our schedules for weeks now, some people have had to leave, been let go from the job because they couldn’t come in on a day they couldn’t move, etc. There are times when u can’t even login properly let alone actually move your days. I don’t want to hear well it’s probably how your job has the app set up, I remember when we had the app set up and nothing has changed since we started using this product. And because this product does not work we are losing good people who can’t simply move their schedule so now WF is costing us money. I would say the typical fix your app, but let’s be honest you people will not even lift a finger to do anything.

The app serves a purpose

I love the idea of the WFM app and the ability to request changes to my schedule but the app is kind of slow and often has to be restarted multiple times before can load. The app is great when it works. The ability to Move my schedule is the best! But I got a new device and was able to register my device after a bit of trouble but it did get straighten out. Although I have troubles with the app it is still well worth using if you like to have the ability to modify you work schedule. I hope there is an update that will make the app load faster. Thanks
