Asset Valuer Pro is a cloud-based application and is the world’s leading valuation system for the valuation of physical assets in accordance with the International Accounting standards. In addition to financial reporting valuations, it also delivers insurance valuations and covers all physical asset classes including buildings, transport assets, water and waste water, marine, open space, leisure assets, etc. The system is primarily used by the public and not-for-profit sectors but can also be used for private sector assets. The capture app is used for mobile data capture of the assets and includes the ability to take photographs, record GPS, notes and key attribute data required to generate the valuation and to assist with strategic asset management planning.
