A rip off
Didn’t get much from this app at all. Anything specific cost extra over the $100 I was already charged. Forgot to cancel before the trial was out by one day and got no help from customer service to rectify or pay for only a month. Most of this stuff you can find for free on the internet or social media. I just lost my job and having this money come out of my account really put me in a bad place, I explained this to the customer service email and all they did was send me a link to cancel a year from now. I do know how to use my iPhone, they could have at least leveled with me to let me know that there was no way they were going to help me but my return email went unanswered. Bad app, bad customer service.

Since the purchase was made through Apple, refunds can only be processed directly by them — but we provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to request one. In many cases, Apple grants the refund, especially when it's just after the trial. We genuinely hope this gets resolved for you, and we’re still here if you need anything else.
I love Bella! Had to try the app!!!
I watch all of Bella’s TikToks. I love them, but can get lost in the details at times because of my lack of knowledge. I’ve had this app for an hour and can already fill in many gaps. The information is clear and concise. I will DEFINITELY get the full membership! I know many may think that’s crazy to say so early in my experience with the app, but that’s just how impressive it is!

Really an amazing app Bella! Its user friendly it did not take me long to make my way around! I loveee the compatibility the synergy. I also love how I don't have to go to a few sources to see what moon we are in. What's happening astrology with my personal transits and birth chat interpretations. Honestly the synergy is my favorite part! Love this app it's definitely worth the money. You did that!
