    Hello, hope this is alright. I have been enjoying the app but I noticed that around the last update I tried to buy gems to do a report and it said that the transaction went through but the gems didn’t show up and when i tried to get the report it took me back to the gems didn’t show buying screen. I was wondering if it might be a bug so I hope it is ok that I post here. Outside of this I have been enjoying the app.

This was a bug in the update where gem purchases didn’t appear even though the transaction went through, and it’s now been fully fixed. Your gems should show up after restarting the app, and we’ve also followed up by email to make sure everything looks good on your side 💛

  • Love the app

    I love the app, and love all the changes they’ve made recently even, but the one I dislike the most is having to shake the phone to shake the deck. I get the idea, but it’s probably the most infuriating thing because half the time I want to use the app, I’m sitting with it on a flat surface or I’m in bed or something. I don’t want to shake my phone to use the app. It’s annoying. Please make an option to tap to shuffle!! Otherwise I love this app and everything about it!

  • In depth but a lot of things kept behind a paywall

    I like how detailed everything is, and I would love to see a system set in place to be able to earn gems instead of exclusively having to buy them to have access to more than just a daily tarot pull and maybe a few extra things. I get you guys have to make money somehow but I think most people right now don’t have the disposable income to justify buying a subscription + a bunch of gems for an astrology/tarot app. Still love the app and like my daily tarot pull tho xoxo

You’re totally right — a lot of the deeper, more personalized content sits behind gems, and that’s something we’re actively thinking about. Our goal has always been to keep the app meaningful and well-crafted (not generic), which unfortunately comes with real costs — but we also hear you loud and clear that stacking a subscription plus gems isn’t realistic for everyone right now. We’re currently exploring ways to earn gems inside the app (through engagement, challenges, streaks, etc.) so access doesn’t feel limited only to paying.   • Steals your money

    I paid for a subscription for this app in the app, and now I get charged 5 a week by this stupid app— and I can’t cancel the subscription. Apparently the only email I have and definitely used in the purchase just doesn’t exist to this app. It doesn’t show up in the apple subscription section or whatever it’s called, so I can’t cancel it there. Don’t buy this app, don’t pay for anything in this app, it’s a waste of your money, time, and energy. I’d rate it 0 stars if I could.

If your subscription doesn’t appear in your Apple subscriptions, it means it was activated through the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. The fastest way to cancel is by using the cancellation link in that original email. If you can’t find it, please contact us at support@astroclub.com with a screenshot of the $5 charge (showing the date and amount), and we’ll locate the subscription and assist you right away. We’re here to help and appreciate you bringing this to our attention ✨

  • Awful and buggy!

    I have spent money (I know don’t laugh) on this app for readings. The app was advertising 50% off for a bundle of their 3 most popular readings. I purchased them only to be charged the full amount! Then I keep getting notifications that the readings are ready and when I open the app all I get is “We are creating your very own report! It will take a couple of minutes :)” even though it’s been an hour and I keep getting notifications that it’s ready!

  • Will not let you cancel membership and are scammy.

    I paid for 1 week of the membership to see what the hype was about. I’ve contacted support and they are practically useless at helping. No option on the app to cancel membership. Contacted support and they gave me some advice that did not work at all. Told me to reach out to the App Store which doesn’t show the subscription. Had to block this app from my card because they’ve tried to charge me at least 4 times a day for the last week even though they are blocked and have said I’m “unsubscribed”. I’ve never had this many problems unsubscribing from a membership ever. At this point it’s a scam. And I just want them to stop charging me after weeks of back and forth.
