With the Asure HCM app for the Asure mid-market HCM solution, employees can easily review key payroll and benefit information at any time, from anywhere. The app is free for employees to use and is included with the purchase of the mid-market HCM software.

· View current paycheck, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and net pay distribution
· View past paychecks, from the current year and previous years
· See W2 information from the past 3 years
· Review federal and state W4 information, such as tax code, additional amount withheld, exemptions, and filing status
· Look at benefit details, including benefit amounts, dependent information, coverage type, and coverage effective date
· Scan and save secure images of your benefit cards for anytime access
· View net pay details like amount, account number, and bank
· Easily view your personal profile and settings
What’s New
Version 1.1.2
Changes were made to account for any data fields with null values. They are now passed correctly and do not cause any issues using the application.
Known issue: For users that have not yet been issued a paycheck, selecting a View All Paychecks displays a grey screen and the user must login again.

So far behind the times
The Asure mobile app for Payroll is notably lacking in modern aesthetics and functionality. It’s appearance feels antiquated, devoid of any engaging visual elements, leading to a mundane and uninviting user interface. This visual stagnation not only affects the overall appeal of the app but also hampers it’s usability as the navigation is far from intuitive.
Technologically, the app falls far behind its competitors, failing to incorporate features that could make the payroll process more engaging for the user. The absence of graphic content that can motivate employees to interact with the app more frequently is a significant downside. Overall, this app is in dire need of a technological and visual overhaul to stay relevant in the rapidly evolving, digital landscape.
Asure Mobil
The app is horrible. Why is it asking for a URL? I don’t have a URL, I have an account already made on the computer website. Why can’t I just use that to log in? I’ve asked my company what our URL is and they don’t know. What is the point of the URL?
Piece of Garbage app
I don't understand why the first thing that comes up when you open the app is to verify a URL.. this app is useless and I’ve had enough trouble already with the website. Do better.
