“Failed to connect to server” is all I get over and over. Tried all your “fixes” looking at other people’s reviews with your answer to the problem. Unfortunately the problem is on your end. I hope you put more thought into your bikes than your App. Still looking forward to receiving my bike but I am not super confident I won’t have issues if you can’t fix your App. I hope you don’t answer my review back with some generic fix as you did with everyone else.

*Update*- I was able to sign in and make an account with the app. Although after pressing “Bind Vehicle” and finding my bike I was unable to Register my bike. I now receive “Register Fail” with a fully charged Battery and with a Full Bar cell area. I hope to register my bike if I have any need for warranty issues.

The app is very unstable. It keep saying connecting then shut off. Very frustrating

We are very sorry that you have experienced an unstable situation while using our app. If you face connectivity issues, restarting the app usually helps re-establish the Bluetooth connection. Our team is actively working on optimizing stability, so stay tuned for updates.

The bike is great and the app seems like it’s on its way to being just as great once the kinks are worked out. Like others have pointed out, the map is still buggy. The bike shows up on the map nowhere near where the bike is actually located, however the map will show your (the app’s) location accurately. When trying to look at the map of previous rides, the app crashes. To bind the bike to my phone, I had to load the app on an older phone, bind it, and then it started working on my newer phone- this is a solution I came up with on my own after having exhausted all the previous solutions. Also, the manual says that the battery door can be opened from the app but I have not figured out how so either that functionality isn’t there or it’s incredibly obscure. When all of these features are working, it’s a five star app- it’s designed well and looks good.

I have yet to come up with a scenario in which I would need to change riding class on the app rather than the bike itself but this is a really easy way to make sure the bike and the app are communicating.

About the map, this is due to certain technical glitches.We have identified the root cause of this issue and will address it in the upcoming release of the next version of the app.



We do understand that after binding the bike on your old phone, you will be able to operate it on your usual phone. However, we still recommend you to use the usual mobile phone to bind the bike, since the method you take can only operate the bike through network, only using your usual phone to bind the bike will enable Bluetooth transmission, which will be faster than network transmission and won't be limited by network status. we hope you can get a better experience.

About the battery door,the battery door can only be opened by the button when the electronic lock function is enabled and the bike is unlocked.You can see this electronic lock feature on the APP's Settings page.
