Some changes I don’t like

I dislike the way that every account and every transaction is thrown at you. You have to finesse the filters to not be overwhelmed with all transactions from all accounts being displayed. It would be helpful to not see all accounts at once too. Again, gotta mess with it to get it cleaner. I would go back to the old app, personally.

Took Vital Things Away

Why would you take away notices that notify me of my direct deposit? Why would you change how many days it takes to transfer money to an external account? Why would you make a joint account a non joint account? Especially when the joint account owner cannot create his own login as previously advertised. Why would you take the ability away from quickview to be able to click on the account and see the transactions? Why do you take so long to update the balance for an account to account transfer? It’s not immediate anymore. When I need to move money from my savings to my checking, I need those fund right away. Not hours later! You made it more of a pain to see past transactions. The recent transactions view doesn’t list everything that is pending! I have to actually click on the account to see any added posts. How is this better? This app makes me mad as to where before I had no emotions towards it at all. Horrid update and the joint account owner that you won’t even list on the account anymore or give his own access to had to talk me out of closing this account altogether!

Alerts are not timely or informative

With the prior application, an alert used to be emailed at the time of transaction and the alert included the name of the payee. Then a second alert was emailed when the transaction actually posted. Now the alerts are received one to two days later and have no info regarding the payee. That’s not much help if you are trying to monitor your account for fraudulent activity.
Also, several transactions are lumped together with a grand total in one alert so you have to manually figure out how many transactions and which payees an alert actually covers. Much preferred it when the app sent one alert per transaction and included the payee name. Should make it an option to choose separate transaction alerts or an accumulative daily alert.
