ATH Movil Not Found and Security Question
Constantly getting an error “ATH Movil Not Found”. Most times, to solve it, I have to delete and download the app. This is extremely annoying specially if you are trying to pay a business and the cashier is waiting for your payment.
As mentioned bu another reviewer, we also have the security questions. I entered the correct values and all of its variations and it never worked. Why do I have 3 security questions If I only get asked the same one. On top of that if I try to recover the account without my card next to me all cards get the activated. This is extremely stupid. PayPal doesn’t make reconfirm your bank account if you have to reset your password. Well, I actually entered the password and pin correctly but this still happened.
Few bugs and recommendations
There’s a bug that when connected to several ISPs on the island like Neptuno you won’t be able to login. It will keep saying incorrect credentials until you’re on LTE or a different Wifi.
Also, I don’t know what was the reasoning behind changing the order of the transfer between cards but now is very confusing. The first option is moving money TO and then FROM when it should be the other way around and the summary screen does not clarifies which account are you sending the money to/from.
When iOS 14 came out, I had to enter my login info again and sometimes said that the e-mail was “not found”, other times said the password “was incorrect”. Tried answering the security questions, and guess what, EVERYTHING WAS INCORRECT. Tried unlocking the account on a desktop and it went worse: wrote the answers and got no response, just got redirected back to the homepage. Tried 3 different browsers, with the same outcome. At this point I even tried creating a new account, but that was not an option since my phone number is already linked to my actual account. There’s no customer support, Evertec has social media accounts but they never answer. I hope no one else goes through this.
