I personally loved this app. This app is so easy to navigate and offers an easy way to edit your workout time, sets, weight used, etc. My favorite feature is that the app tracks how much weight is lifted per workout which is super motivating and makes you want to come back for more each day! It is nice to be able to have all your workouts planned for the week beforehand so that you can get in, work hard then get out, which is what we all need in our hectic lives. The programs that these coaches offer are amazing and are definitely going to make you sweat!! I am very grateful for the AthleteReady coaches and resources and I will continue to support this awesome team and program!
This program, alongside the app has offered me nothing but positive, knowledgeable and informative instruction and encouragement. The app is user friendly (so are the coaches). I have been more than happy with my experience. It’s one of the best investments I’ve made and I highly recommend it! Much thanks to the team behind all aspects of this program.
Dropping in again just to say how pleased I have been. This program (and app) has taught me so much about myself and what I am capable of achieving. I have continued to make gains, physically and mentally. Growth is my ultimate goal, in areas more than physique and Athlete Ready Global has provided me with all the resources in order to do so!!!
Such a great app! It’s easy to navigate and use during your workout! Having your workout laid out for you for the week is perfect. Seeing how many calories you’ve burned and how much weight you’ve lifted is so motivating! And having videos of how to properly lift or do an exercise is so helpful, especially if you are not comfortable in a gym at least you know you’re doing everything with proper form! I recommend this to people trying to get in shape, get back in shape, or for those who go to the gym everyday. This will definitely give you some new routines and workouts to keep you motivated!
