I’ve been using Athletes for Yoga for a few months now and it has been so helpful. Not only are the videos short enough that yoga now feels more accessible than ever, the effects of regular yoga on my body have been fantastic! My running has significantly improved due to the strength and conditioning, and especially now that I’m doing intentional warm-ups and mobility through this yoga practice. My favorite way to use yoga here has been the pre-run warm-ups, the 5 minute resets, and the muscle-specific strength trainings. I can’t recommend this app enough! Beautiful videos, easy to use, simple and quick to make using yoga all throughout my day. Most important: my body and mind are reaping the benefits.

I’ve just started using Athletes for Yoga and I have to say I’ll never go back! I am a professional track athlete and am constantly having little niggles pop up here and there. I have tried traditional yoga in the past to incorporate more stretching and could never commit. With Athletes for Yoga I can not only commit to long term use because of the variation between short and long videos but also the direct application to what I do everyday. If you’ve ever wanted to reap the benefits of yoga (increased strength and flexibility/ mobility) but a run of the mill yoga class wasn’t for you; try this!!! You won’t regret it!!

I started using Jasyoga videos a few years ago to help me gain running-specific strength and recovery; last year, I started cycling and swimming and began utilizing ALL of the great resources Jasyoga has to offer. Who knew that I’d be locked down in my home for 5 weeks? Thank you pandemic for making me realize I had most of what I needed. The daily yoga whether 8, 22 or 35 minute sessions keep me going mentally. If I’m too depressed for a long session, I do a short therapy session. Or if I’m happy, a double. I went into quarantine injures and I’m working through healing with the hip and lower leg series. I’m using core for toning. I use the others for sanity. I don’t even look at some anymore. I just listen for that human voice connection. I wish I could share 2 a month with friends locked down.
