ATI TEAS Mastery 4+

This worked for me!

I have had this app for a couple months. I downloaded it shortly after signing up for the TEAS. The thing is, the last class I have taken was over two decades ago, so suffice it to say, my knowledge on these topics was fairly rusty (especially science).
I took the TEAS today and passed with an 85. I went back to look at this app and how I did compared to the real thing. I answered around 600 questions on the app, and my scores on the actual TEAS are about the same or better as they were with each subject on this app (overall here is 78% vs actual 85%).

Over the course of the last month or two, I have used a TEAS book, this app, and recently, a few practice tests the faculty gave us to practice with, and the scope of the questions were so different on each platform that I had no idea what to expect from the real thing. In my opinion, the difficulty of the questions on this app most closely mirrored the difficulty of the actual test, and I think my results exemplify that.

I am very very pleased and so happy I spent the money on this.

Not bad

I think this app could be really great if they reviewed their content a bit more. There were more than a handful of practice questions that had an incorrect answer marked as correct. But most of the time when this is the case, you’ll see comments from other users noting the correct answer. There was a question about which organ produced lipase, with both the pancreas and small intestine listed among others. When a user pointed this out in the comments, “Nurse Barb” was confused and asked what was wrong about the question — “the small intestine DOES produce lipase.” But if you select the small intestine as your answer, it’s marked incorrect. So even after reviewing this incorrect content, it wasn’t corrected. You should not depend on this as your only study tool. It’s helpful for sure, but check other sources when you can because you don’t want to be memorizing incorrect material. Hopefully they’ll develop a better question review process because the false information was extremely frustrating. That being said, I did use the app a great deal and I found the format intuitive and smooth.

This review comes from a person whom English will be her third language, and believe it or not at times it can be challenging to maintain a specific balance between understanding comprehension. I do have to mention that I never done commenting before, but specifically for TEAS Mastery I felt like doing so will help other nursing students who are in my shoes.
By saying that, this practice has helped me beyond words and prepared me in advance for my exam; which I am grateful for.
So... if your THAT someone who procrastinates and just isn’t sure about taking the test - then to have a second thought of downloading this app won’t hurt!
