It’s good for certain things, but there is no injury list for the players so fans know why someone isn’t on the court and the internet know the line up a couple of hours before the app lists them.

Like others have mentioned. Bought tickets from reseller. Tried to login with Ticketmaster account and kept getting an error message. Never was able to get logged in and get the accounts linked. Missed the event. This seems to be an old issue that’s never been fixed. Avoid this venue and app
