Ratings and Reviews
With this app you are only able to watch anything on the app if you are in the house. I think that with the app if you are not in your house and you want to look at something on the app you should be able to do that regardless of if you are near the router or not. Other cable companies allow their customers to be able to view content on the app when they are not near the router.

Buy a fishbowl for entertainment
Update post iOS 11 update: App cannot find streaming device at all. Ever. Never since the update. When you try to play something (for me on iPad Air 2), you’ll be told it’s setting up the stream. After a long wait you’ll be told there’s a problem connecting to device. Would you like to fix that? Yes of course. Eventually you’ll receive a message that there’s no streaming device. Hurray Atlantic Broadband! Keep on never updating this and you’ll go far.
This works sporadically - if that's not too often. If that's your standard for apps, be my guest. You'll have to log in repeatedly. That won't help anything. It will tell you're not connected with to the network, I guess to justify its inability to connect to the perfectly fine connection you really do have. And it will tell you it can't find a streaming device to connect to - like not the one it always connects to and is present, as always, as your streaming device. Play craps. You'll have better luck. This is 2017 Atlantic Broadband. Why should we download this crap you threw against the wall?
App is horrible as is wait on customer service
I sat on hold for over an hour and a half. Once I finally got through to tech support, they WERE very knowledgeable and helpful.
Another problem I have with this provider is their program guide is never accurate. It lists the wrong television programs for time slots frequently. I wish they’d get their act together. Unfortunately, my homeowner’s association switched from Comcast. (Whose wait on hold was just as bad, but things worked just fine 95% of the time) Given a choice I would go back to Comcast.
