Remedial App. Sad
This app is ridiculously basic. You really can’t execute any online banking functionalities. It doesn’t show you a running balance with each entry. No touch id functionality. Just remedial. I truly regret they bought my old bank, access national. I have lost so much functionality.
Can’t choose zero
One of the most frustrating banking applications I’ve ever used. Horrible setup, freezes or closes out more times than I can count. Finally, does not allow for featured searches. Will not acknowledge ANY checks. They are in print, CLEAR AS DAY and it says nothing has been endorsed. What’s the point of having an application for banking when you can’t DO any banking on it?
It used to have Face ID but now doesn’t. Also, depositing checks is impossible. In time of COVID, we’d prefer not to go to the bank. But it never recognizes the endorsement. I’ve been working with their tech support and customer advocate team for 5 MONTHS (since May, it is now October) and still no resolution. It’s pretty unprofessional that this product is ignored, when we need it now more than ever.
