Pay your friends, babysitter or anyone else on the go.

Alerts
-Receive alerts via text or email to monitor your account(s) at all times.

Locations
- Find nearby Branches and ATMs using the device’s built-in GPS. Or, search by zip code or address.

Business Payments
-Approve ACH and wire payments. You’ll also need the Atlantic Union Bank Business Authenticator mobile app for extra security with these transactions.

Business Positive Pay
-Decision Check and ACH Positive Pay exception items to help protect against fraud.

Improvements - with a learning curve

I’m not 100% used to the new app yet, but it’s extremely easy to click around and find stuff. I like that I can see the scans of deposits now - that hadn’t been available for consumers before.

I like having so much information on the front page and don’t have to click so many places to get to functions.

There’s a learning curve, for sure, but I can see there are many improvements. It’s also nice that it matches the desktop/web version, as well. Once I’m totally used to it, I’m sure it’ll be a breeze!

Key features lost in new app

Whoever is making the technological decisions for Atlantic Union needs to be seriously evaluated. The new “update” is a serious downgrade from previous apps. When American National first merged with Atlantic Union, I didn’t mind the new app, with one major exception- I could no longer view my business accounts with the same login as my personal accounts. We were told this would be fixed with the new app but that was obviously not the case. To further complicate matters, with this new app we lost all ability to view our Atlantic Union business credit card account from the business dashboard. It’s pretty bad when you can’t even support your own credit card services. It makes managing business accounts virtually impossible on the go. The interface is fine, but it has taken some major steps back with functionality within the last 2 years. If I could rate negative stars I would. I’m not picky when it comes to bank apps, but the downgrade in functionality is horrendous.

No need to fix something that wasn’t broken

As someone who only has a car loan through AUB, this new app is AWFUL. The old one worked just fine. There are way too many steps in order to pay my bill. Although I eventually figured it out, it seems unethical and shady that you have to click through so many screens in order to draft and then authorize the payment (this part is also overkill). It would be so easy, especially for someone who is not tech savvy, to miss a step and be charged a late fee. Also, be sure you check your recurring payment status with them because I had no idea they would be shut off with the new app and wasn’t notified until my bill was sent to their collections office. This is seriously making me consider refinancing my loan with another bank.

As soon as I log into the app I can see a break down of my loan. Please put an easily accessible “pay bill” button in that section others don’t get caught in the same predicament as me!
