Muchas fallas
El producto es excelente y lo recomiendo. Estoy contento. Ves en la app la ubicación de la moto en el mapa y te avisa de cualquier movimiento de la misma.
Viene en dos versiones. Con alarma acústica o sin ella.
Cuál es el problema?
Mal soporte al usuario. Envié varios correos para solicitar soporte debido a fallas de la app y todavía estoy esperando que respondan.
Tiene muchas fallas. La app se cierra constantemente. La verdad no se si quedará abierta en segundo plano pero cada vez que voy a la app, al abrirla me pide constantemente usuario y contraseña. ¿Si se cierra la aplicación como llegarían las notificaciones en caso de movimiento de la moto?
He hecho pruebas de movimientos de la moto y no siempre llegan las notificaciones. Cuál será el error? Imposible saberlo porque no hay soporte al usuario.
Si se corrigen estos aspectos tendrán más de 5 estrellas.
